PhD thesis at LPENS (ED-PIF) in the center of Paris next to the Panthéon. We are looking for motivated student to investigate the basic microscopic mechanisms at stake in transport and photodetection of the novel 2D material PtSe2 and more generally on the physics of light-matter interaction in 2D material-based field-effect transistors.
